Cancellation Policy

Please note that a debit/credit card is required to book appointments.  If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us via call/text/email as soon as possible. Also, please be sure to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.  No-shows and cancellations made after the appointment starts will be charged the full service amount. Clients arriving with SNS, dip powder, or acrylics on their nails without booking an appropriate removal service will be unable to receive their service and will be charged 50% of the originally booked service. By making your appointment request, you agree to the Booking & Cancellation Policy. Thank you for your support and understanding.
